2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are Not accepted under the following conditions:
Loose Stones or Pearls Inside the Package: Stones or pearls may occasionally become loose during transit. If any stone is found to be damaged, we can provide a replacement with your next order. Fallen stone can be easily fixed with a Fabric Glue which costs less than Rs10.
Minor Metal Filling Over Stones: Small amounts of metal filling over the stones may be visible due to the handcrafted finishing process.
Tangling in Layered Pearl Jewellery: Layered pearl jewellery may sometimes get tangled during handling or transit. This can be easily untangled and fixed by the customer.
Flexible or Bent Earring Stems: Earring stems are intentionally made flexible to accommodate different ear-piercing angles and may appear slightly bent.
Minor Colour Variations: A colour difference of approximately 5–10% may occur due to variations in screen settings and device displays.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs, if applicable, will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

Proper care is essential to maintain jewellery quality. Damage caused due to water exposure, perfumes, chemicals, or mishandling is not eligible for return or refund.
